Library Rules
Library Rules & Regulations:-
- Members/ users have to produce their library card at the entrance before entering the library.
- Members/ users have to keep their personal belongings outside the library, at the entrance.
- Users of library are not permitted to take personal or other printed materials inside the library.
- The library will not be responsible for member’s personal belonging/property lost in the library.
- Only three books will be issued to a student for seven days and overdue charge is Rs.2/- per day.
- Users should check the physical condition of a book while borrowing the same. Borrowers are requested to check if the documents being borrowed are complete and no pages are missing in it. In case of defect or damage in the book, should be brought to the notice of the library staff.
- If an issued book is lost or damaged, the matter should be reported to the Librarian immediately. Borrower has to replace it with a new copy of the same edition/ subsequent edition within the due date. If it is not available in the market, two times the cost of the book and the fine up to the date on which the book is replaced are to be paid.No book shall be returned on the day of issue.
- Loss of the library card will entail a fine of Rs. 20/-
- Librarian reserves the right to change the rules & timings of library depending upon the availability of staff and other problems.
About the library card:
- Carry your Library membership Card with you at all times as it is required to borrow materials.
- Cards are not transferable and should only be used by the individual named on the card.
- Lending your card to another user OR using another individual's card can result in a loss of library privileges.

Library Rules FOR DISCIPLINE:-
- Uses of Mobile phone is prohibited inside library premises FOR ALL LIBRARY USERS.
- If any member is found misusing /mutilating /stealing/ cutting pages from a book, disciplinary action will be initiated against him/her, besides withdrawing the library facilities.
- Silence and strict discipline should be maintained inside the library by all users. Every one shall ensure that no reader should feel disturbed in their study by any act of his/her otherwise librarian has the power to send the person out from library.
- Utmost care shall be taken by all to keep the library clean.
- Certain documents are intended to be used only in the library premises. These include Reference books, textbooks, rare books, current & bound periodicals etc.
- Users/ members have to surrender the library card when they leave the institute. 'Non-liability certificate' will be issued to a user, only after the ticket is returned and the dues, if any, to the library are cleared.

Notice for computer using:-
1. please enter your name in the computer register in library.2. one student can use a system only for half an hour.
3. students have to pay the fine in the computers installed in the library for their use is being damaged.
4. students found using internet for any other purpose will be restricted from using library for the whole week.
